BIOGRAPHY Master Sergeant Keith Thrash serves as the Aerospace Science Instructor (ASI) at Rome High School, located in Rome, GA. He teaches Leadership Education and Drill and Ceremonies. Master Sergeant Thrash retired as the Superintendent, Airman Leadership Program, Enlisted Professional Military Education, for the Thomas N. Barnes Center for Enlisted Education (AETC), Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, where he managed a program that researched, developed, analyzed, maintained, validated, and distributed a 192-hour curriculum that included lesson plans, student guides, tests, and instructor reference material for all Air Force resident Airman Leadership Schools and the non-resident Airman Leadership Distance Learning Course.
Sergeant Thrash grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, where he graduated from D.M. Therrell H.S. in June 1988 and entered the Air Force March 1991. His background includes Aircraft Hydraulics System Superintendent, Aircraft Fuels System Section Chief, Base Honor Guard as a member and assistant NCOIC, and assistant First Sergeant. He has served overseas in Japan and deployed in support of a number of military operations. Master Sergeant Thrash retired and transitioned into his current position as the Aerospace Science Instructor, Rome High School AFJROTC Unit GA-957 in July 2011.
